Private AI Services
AI that stays inside your building
For businesses that cannot send client data to ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot. We install private AI on your own hardware — so your conversations, documents, and records never leave your walls.
Secure Remote Access
one-time · $99 – $149/mo monitoring
A pre-configured appliance shipped to your office. The on-ramp to everything else, or a standalone secure access solution.
In-Office AI
one-time · $499 – $1,000/mo maintenance
Private AI that runs on your hardware, in your building. Your team gets ChatGPT-style tools without ChatGPT seeing a thing.
Scalable Private AI
one-time · $750 – $1,500/mo · cloud at cost + 15%
When your workload outgrows a single office server. Private AI in isolated cloud containers you control, paid as you use.
We do not just say your data stays private. We show you.
Every deployment includes monitoring that shows exactly what your AI connects to — and does not. Compliance-ready deployments get a signed monthly attestation you can hand to your compliance officer.
Firewall-locked by default
Your AI appliance can only talk to your internal network and a narrow list of approved services. AI vendor IPs are blocked at the firewall.
Live dashboard, full history
Every outbound connection logged in real time. You and your IT team get read-only access to a dashboard showing exactly what is happening.
Signed monthly reports
A PDF attestation each month, signed by our Security Officer, showing zero connections to AI vendor IPs. Your compliance officer gets independent read-only audit access.
A note on compliance. We deploy architecture designed to support HIPAA technical safeguards. We do not currently claim HIPAA-compliant or SOC 2 certified status — those are formal designations that require third-party audits we have not yet completed. What we do instead is give you demonstrable privacy: firewall rules you can read, monitoring dashboards you can verify, and signed monthly attestations that prove the architecture behaves as promised. Before any deployment that handles protected data, we work with your compliance team to confirm the implementation meets your specific requirements.
If you answer yes to any of these, you probably need this
Law Firms
Attorney-client privilege rules out tools that send draft briefs to outside servers. Keep case files on your hardware, let your AI work from them.
Medical & Dental Practices
Patient records cannot leave your practice. Use AI for chart summaries, triage, and documentation without the cloud AI risk.
Financial Advisors & RIAs
Client portfolios, tax info, and fiduciary notes stay on-premises. Meet GLBA expectations while still getting AI leverage.
Any business wanting control
No regulated data? Still a good fit if you would rather not hand trade secrets, contract drafts, or internal memos to a third party.
You are probably wondering
Are you HIPAA-compliant?+
We deploy architecture designed to support HIPAA compliance, and we are working through the formal documentation program. We do not claim HIPAA-compliant today because that term requires a completed risk assessment, written policies, and documented controls — we are transparent about where we are on that journey. What we can offer right now: self-hosted architecture that eliminates the cloud AI data egress risk (the most common HIPAA violation vector for AI tools), plus monitoring and attestation that demonstrate the architecture is working. Before deploying in any environment that handles PHI, we work with your compliance team to confirm fit.
How is this different from ChatGPT Enterprise or Microsoft Copilot?+
Both send your data to third-party servers. Enterprise plans promise they will not train on your data, but the data still transits those servers and sits in those vendors' systems. Our AI runs on hardware we install at your site — the data physically does not leave your building. That is an architectural guarantee, not a policy promise.
What about a local IT person who installs Ollama for me?+
Ollama is one piece of what we deliver. A full private AI deployment needs model selection, routing logic, a team-friendly interface, authentication, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance. A freelancer installing Ollama is the equivalent of an electrician installing a lightbulb — useful, but not the full system.
Do I need fancy hardware?+
In most cases, no. The Starter tier runs on a business-grade workstation with a consumer GPU. Business-tier deployments use a dedicated small server we can spec for you. We will recommend hardware during the scoping call.
What happens if something breaks?+
Every deployment includes a maintenance retainer that covers monitoring, updates, and incident response. You get a direct line to us, no ticket queue. For larger deployments, we keep loaner hardware on hand so if your appliance fails, we can overnight a replacement.
Can I start small and upgrade later?+
Yes — that is the whole point of the tier structure. A Secure Remote Access engagement can grow into an In-Office AI deployment later. Each step builds on the last, no lost work.
Let us see if this is the right fit.
A 30-minute call to walk through your situation and figure out which tier makes sense — if any. No pressure, no pitch deck.
