Agreement

By using robobffs.com and any services provided by Robot Friends (a product of 404NOTFOUND LLC), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Services

Robot Friends provides AI product development, automation systems, website builds, coaching, and related consulting services. All project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed upon in writing before work begins. No work is billed without prior approval.

Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you provide to us. We will not use your proprietary information for any purpose other than delivering the agreed-upon services.

Our deliverables: Upon full payment, you own the custom code, designs, and assets we build for you. We retain the right to use anonymized examples of our work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Free Resources

Lead magnets, playbooks, quizzes, and other free resources are provided as-is for informational purposes. They do not constitute professional advice. Results may vary based on your business, industry, and implementation.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Standard terms are 50% upfront and 50% on delivery unless otherwise negotiated. Late payments may incur a hold on active work until the balance is resolved.

Limitation of Liability

Robot Friends and 404NOTFOUND LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, products, or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We do not share your business data, strategies, or proprietary information with third parties. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all work completed to date. We will deliver all work product completed as of the termination date.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
